 Re: Voodoo Bee
i honestly think this is one of the best sb sets ever and can't wait to see them all together. i just completed the masked rangers (that damn silver bagman) and that was a good feeling but these beat it for me.

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I agree with devilboy completely.
I am not that surprised that the bee sold out. They have to make one or 2 smaller runs than the rest, otherwise whats the fun in getting the 7th one? if it was easy it would suck.

Totally rules. With that said, i think the 7th fig should be a vinyl sculpt of Bill Pullman with feather wolf hair...

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I got my Voodoo Bee today, and it looks great! I was also suprised to see it had its own shape Voodoo doll. Being this is my first regulare size bee, I didn't know they were different. I know Ghostfighter and others have different pushes, but I just assomed the bee would be the same as the others in the Voodoo series.

 Re: Voodoo Bee
These are great Brian, I'm excited to see the whole complete set.
When I said all, I meant ALL, like the Skullbrain, the Bagman, the Skullbrain and the Bee, none of them are showing in the shop.

I'm obviously making up a number here, but say there are 1,000 of 5 of the figures and 500 of one. In that scenario, half the people who've collected them all up to that point have NO CHANCE of getting the secret figure. You may call that 'fun'..I call it bullsh*t. I sincerely hope I am not reading too much into the remark: " so far all the runs have been the same size..." (emphasis is mine)

(emphasis is mine) i totally agree. i don't collect bagmen, but I bought one cuz I want that 7th fig, and lets say that the 5th is a pirate, the only other SB fig I have no interest in, but once again, will buy it to have the set, you know? now, after this, if the sixth fig is a half run size and i miss it, not only would i be pissed that the set wasn't completed on my shelf and that i didn't get the 7th fig i wanted, but i'm also stuck with those figs that i'm not really digging that much.... i'm pretty sure they'll keep a consistant run size for all 6 though....

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I like this bee. Haven't been a big bee fan though because of all the split color bee's.

 Re: Voodoo Bee
The more I look at the bee, the more I like it. It's becoming my favorite of the bunch. The Bee is pretty sinister looking!

 Re: Voodoo Bee
Mine is still en route to me. I'm hoping it grows on my like it has others.. This'll be my first Skull Bee because up to now I haven't been a fan of the figure. In a way, I hope I don't like the sculpt, because that's all I need - another figure to collect...

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I agree with the general consensus. The fact that it sold out so fast kinda gave it more appeal, in a "hypebeast" sorta way. When it went sold out on the big 3,I had to track it down, luckily I found one. Not bad for my 1st bee.

 Re: Voodoo Bee
Well, I got mine delivered finally. I have to be honest. I hate it. About the only good thing I can say about it is that it has 'hands', which I prefer over the 'gloves'. That 7th figure better be great.

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I can't see how you could "hate it". I mean it's not as though you didn't know what you were getting. Why do you hate it?

 Re: Voodoo Bee
I don't like the sculpt. Like I've already said, this is my First SkullBee figure I've ever bought because I don't like the figure itself.
I don't like the way it is painted. All I see when I look at it is the eyes and ..teeth. It's too plain down below. The dark blue paint and the dark purple/maroon plush that make up the body, the colors just all run together for me. The clear feet and plush sticking down make him look like he's standng on 2 cloth stumps.
I bought it because I want the complete set, and I was hoping when I got it in hand it looked better than the picture, but it didn't happen for me. It's not a big deal, but this thing's going in the drawer for now..I'm not even making shelf space for it. Once I have the full set, I'll display it with the full group..
