It says on the site that there is a 1,000 Yen handling fee. Then there is a separate fee for shipping using EMS only.
what version of chibull is that in your avatar Chi_bulls???????? I just won an unpainted GID Chibull off of YJA and I can't wait for it to get here!!!!!!
If I ever go to Japan for one of those Kaiju conventions it will definitely be the Pachi Mon Summit, that is my favorite!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, my avatar is the one of bear model series, about 3 inch tall, cute chibull. I think it is easy to get, I mean it is not so rare. I wanted unpainted GID Chibull! I also bitted the auction...but you won! Congratulations!
About the Shipping Fee, here is the EMS page.

Shipping was 2500 yen for Blobby... I didn't think that was outrageous for EMS - maybe a bit high, but not awful.

Some locals might be able to translate the address quicker than I can, but I will tell you that it is in the hinterlands of Japan; in the city of Matsuyama on the island of Shikoku.
If nobody comes up with the address soon, I will try to decipher it for you Moriachi...
