That is a Wyar or Waiaru Alien ( I have seen it spelled both ways) made by Bare Model a few years ago.

Re: what is this figure? geo? This alien appeared on Ultraseven. Bearmodell has rereased a lot of the aliens of Ultraseven. I have some of them. If interested, visit my site.
