Motherfuckin douchebags. I call last week when somewhat posted that the obake dog was at TT...I place an order with whatever minimum wage clodhopper answers the phones and think nothing of it. Great. My first SB...oh joy.

So a couple of days go by, and I begin to wonder about the order, referencing the large number of posts bashing TT's customer service. I begin to panic...or as much of a panic one can get into regarding a figure. So I call today, and I am told that they were sold out by the time that they hit the website. I calmly informed this putz that I ordered it before it went up online, then proceded to inquire why the fuck it would go on the website if it was sold out beforehand? "We only got five."

I could have argued with this fuckface, but where would that have gotten me? As soon as he said,"There isn't anything else I can do for you." I realized that it was worthless. Even if berading this shithead and his pitiful existence would make me feel better, I still wouldn't be satisfied in the long run. Fuck him. I ascerbically said,, " THANKS FOR NOTHING." and hung the fuck up.

Fuck those a-holes.

So to make a long story longer. I NEED AN OBAKE DOG.

HOOK IT.

YOU READY FOR THIS?

So after calling amex and seeing that TT did in fact charge my card, I call TT back, and the same numbskull answers. He apologetically explains that his " colleague" placed the order, thus relinquishing any blame on his part, and that he in fact have a tracking number for me. My obake dog is still my obake dog.

By the way...HAVINGMYSAY was cool enough to offer up an obake dog at cost to me, and didnt attempt to make a profit out of my situation. People gave that member some grief about putting it up for sale, but it was cool that whoever they are didn't take advantage of the situation...very cool...thanks again.

Maz...if you want to feel secure. do yourself a favor...DON'T CALL TT regarding your order. Just wait for it. They will only aggravate you.

Post TT Trouble
I swore off Toy Tokyo a long time ago. The last time I ordered, they sent the wrong item, even though the invoice had the correct one. They would not ship me the correct item until I sent the wrong one back - they were like " It's not that we don't trust you, but....." I eventually got what I ordered, but I never got reimbursed for what I spent on shipping the incorrect order back.
I'd rather do without an item than go through the ordeal of ordering from them again. Their service sucks.
