 Am I Just Imagining This??? I was just reviewing some pics from a local concert I went to that had a sort of '60s Jefferson Airplane type lightshow... Pulsing, throbbing, colors, you know what I mean. Anyway, there is one pic that looks very similar to one of our Japanese toy friends... I will look through the rest and see if I can find others.
Coincidence or not?

Probably not. I know for a fact one of the members of Star-plane-ship was an avid Japanese toy collector. I remember reading it in a Magazine way way long ago.
Plus,everyone used to probably read "Famous Monsters" which had alot of Kaiju pics in it.
Hell, I remember in the 70's there was this Van around town with Gayos and Gamera painted on the side. I wish I had that van!
