Well heres where Im at after a little less than 2 years. I first started off with Bearbricks, kubricks, Gatcha stuff a good 5 years ago. Took the plunge into Sofubi with a Hedorah at Comicon a few years back. After my divorce I went in deep. I would say 85% of this has been obtained within the last 12 months. Theres a few more ontop of the displays as well.
I would say half my collection was obtained from trades of my own work, or reinvesting from sales on my Matango inspired ceramics, which has become part of the thrill of collecting for me.

Now that the Matangos are getting fewer and harder to find Im starting on Gezora. Especially like the little Charactics ones.

Marusan has my favorite Gezora sculpt. It's a little less 'rough' than the M1Go/Bullmark version.

Thanks! Yah I try and focus on specific things mainly so I dont go crazy buying stuff. Although I get sidetracked from time to time when I get somthing new from trades. Good example being Docross, I would never have bought one if it hadnt been from getting one in a trade.

Im lacking on risers... just been using boxes and such. Really dont want to do the acrylic risers. Im thinking of making some nice thin white ceramic risers. The Eyezons need it.

It's funny because I also have the same M1 Gezora's (except I have a glow polka dot painted one - it was a contest prize and looks like the Biskup virus painted kaiju - rather than the blue one you've got). The gold one is my favorite - such a simple but beautiful paint job - much like that cobalt blue matango I got from you.

Yup thanks to Joe for hooking me up on the lights. Its a bit of a trek to get out to Ikea for me.

Unfortunately those bottom shelves dont get much viewing down so low. I need to find somthing to prop these Detolfs up higher. Down so low I miss the Minya vs Baragon fights.
