Re: Hukkokudo Lives! YES! I like the clear green a lot too, hoping for more of these! I wondered what happened to this company, they just kind of halted stuff. I know some of it got really common/didn't sell well but I still was hoping for some more sculpts to hit.

Hukkokudo has been pretty quiet but I did notice they released OG colorways of the Tetran/Beralgon dudes a month or two back that pretty much went unnoticed.

I was able to get the lucky bag first releases of the Hukkokudo Tetran & Beralgon and I have to say the quality is outstanding! These are really nice size figures too and the Tetran & Beralgon were made from the original molds just like the Hedorahs. Re: Hukkokudo Lives! YESSS. These are the toys I've been looking forward to the most and it was looking like it would never happen. Their blog mentions that they're doing the crawling orange/blue and the vintage black spray version of the standing.

More news from the brog: The upcoming planned releases from Hukkokudo are: Hedoro No. 3 - Original colors Hedoro No. 3 - Clear light orange Space Kaiju No. 3 (Nos. 1 and 2 were the 'Beralgon' and 'Tetran' standard sizes) Hedoro No. 1 - Original colors Hedoro No. 1 - Clear light red Also, there are two planned gifts for purchasers of the above items: "Godzilla Blue" Zagora will be a gift for people purchasing 6 of the above (including the recent Hedoro No. 2, I think). He also seems to count the Target Earth Smogon No. 2 with these... There will be 10 people selected to receive an Albino Zagora by way of lottery.  Hedoro No. 3 and Space Kaiju No. 3 test shots. Interesting notes: -The original IKB Hedoros were apparently rotocast, so he had to fill in the bases in reproducing them. - Space Kaiju No. 3 is considered to be from an advertisement image for a series of dinosaur sofubi.

I'm not a huge fan of the original IKB sculpts (although I do respect them and think that they are pretty important in the sofubi history), or Gargamel's for that matter, but the repro Hedoro 2 looks great in the clear green. He looks like some sort of delicious green apple gummi candy. I think I want one.

Re: Hukkokudo Lives! Oh wow, LOVE all these repros! I actually like the Garg sculpts more for but these Hedoros still kill. I feel a little wrong in saying it, but I prefer the clear green and got a feeling I'll like the clear orange Crawler more too.
The space Kaiju is cool too, was there ever an original of that?!?!
Also, Hukkokudo, do more clear-based Hedoro 1's! Clear red!
