À l'intérieur (aka Inside)

I watched this little French Horror film last night...

Crazy violent and bloodly as hell! Not for the tame or women expecting!

The new wave of horror films coming from France are amazing. I loved Inside and found it to be a very strong film from start to finish. But it's not just Inside that's great. Ils, Sheitan, Haute Tension, Frontier(s) Tzameti, Calvaire, Malfique and now the wonderfully brutal Martyrs are all good and some of them great. France is definitely a hot bed of brutal entertaining horror.

Tzameti was a shocker. I wasn't expecting much and I loved it!

I thought Calvaire was excellent! Still get creeped out thinking about some of it's scenes... Ils was okay... I think I was expecting more.

Hey, just noticed that's Beatrice Dalle above... Cool! I'll definitely have to check out this and some of the other films listed. :-)

Loved all these films (except Frontiers which I thought was extreme for the sake of it without much substance).

Sort of makes me want to move to the outskirts of the French countryside
