 MTV 25th Annual VMAs... what a disaster!!! Ugh... how disappointing.
25 years of VMAs, and this train wreck was the best they could cobble together?
Could there possibly have been a more obviously fixed award show beyond the Golden Globes when Pia Zadora won? (yeah, I know I'm dating myself with that one).
Horrible host. Horrible venue. Horrible acts.
Painfully awful.

I stopped watching the VMAs long ago. The new videos (that I've seen when I had cable) on MTV really don't do anything for me anymore--especially if the music sucks balls to begin with.

I thought it all sucked. All the acts sucked. The host sucked. Lil' Wayne or whatever his name is sucked. Always with his hand on his sack. Sold a million records in a week - huh? Who the fuck listens to this shit. Kid Rock sucked...stupid ass song..."smoking different things".... No wonder our kids are all fucked up. I normally don't get involved in these types of discussions but I think MTV is one of the problems with America. Promoting drugs, sex, and just being retarded (wasn't Paris Hilton there?). Who the fuck does the host think he is coming to America and telling us who to vote for? Take that shit to the Middle East. Then ragging on the Jonas (?) Brothers for being virgins. What's wrong with that? At least they won't get the hiv. Sorry to rant but now I feel better. I just think the world would be a better place if we promoted better values.
