Post What is your monthly toy budget?
I made a poll so that people don't have to reveal their budgets if they don't want to. I'm not trying to start a bragging contest here. I'm just curious.

My budget has been shrinking lately because I need to save for graduate school :?

it varies month to month for me, depending on what i think is being released. i stay conservative in planned cost cuz i know most purchases sneak up on me and bite me on the arse.

I originally planned to set aside some money so that I could buy figures I REALLY want whenever they happen to pop up, but that hasn't worked out very well. I'm perpetually bordering on broke.

I was on the high end of the poll for most of the last year just spending as much as I possibley could on toys, but in the last few monthes I've drastically cut down and now I'm at the very bottom, I think I've only bought one toy in over a month!!

I don't regularly buy pieces each month. But I just so happens, that when I do buy, i's usually in the $300 range. The only exception as of late was the obake dog. I don't typically bother myself with all the little pieces here and there. It just so happens that the shit i like is the expensive shit.

Not sure if you give a shit though.

I hear ya. I'm out of control lately. I have an arrangement with my wife though that whatever money I make selling art work can be allocated to toys. Thankfully I've done alright as of late. It is strange though how quickly it can take over. I strongly believe in there being such a thing as "another toy fix".

I used to have pretty much a "what ever" limit but that's a bumpy road. I think at one point I was dropping $600 a month.

But the crazy thing is now that my collection is getting close to done I just can't seem to justify the cost. Maybe I just don't want the thrill of the hunt to end.

At any rate I'm taking a break from trying to get the last six or so I need and just focusing on the new releases.

How much do I spend on toys each month? None of your fucking business!!!!!

Just kidding. I've never actually sat down and figured it out. And I'm pretty sure I don't want to either. LOL

this thread is dangerous....don't let my wife know people have toy budgets.

Isn't having a toy budget like a crackhead having a crack budget?

I have both a toy and crack budget. Everything in moderation.

do you really have to have a budget when you're helping trade relations between east and west? Japanese toys should be a tax write-off.

There is no budget. It all depends on how much I have in my PayPal account. If the toys come out of that, there is no limit.

On the other hand, the toys HAVE to come out of that, or my good friend, my wife, starts asking questions.
