Andy, I just saw your blog with the Nougaki. There are a few I need to get. I can't believe I hesitated on the Rainbow one when it was selling on the forum last week

I am so jealous of that full set of LB GID Nougakis, those are my favorite Chronic figures of all time.

That's a really nice one. The recent painted versions that TT sold at SDCC are also excellent. I'm not sure if TT has any left, but they might.

I have seen them on Kaiju Taro. Both are still available. Not sure if the price is right though.

Calvin, the Mix Box card says it's "Only One" or something like that. In Cronic parlay, that usualy means it's a one-off, but like I told the dude I traded with, I'm not 100% sure.

I don't know...Is it just me, or is nearly every Cronic Nougaki release just flat out excellent? Of course I like most of his other characters, but it seems to me that he puts a lot into the Nougaki releases. Maybe because they're smaller figures? I dunno....

But what's great, is that nearly every score was aided by a fellow skullbrainer or Tokyo friend.

I sat in front of the Cronic booth for an hour before they went onsale. I was third in line and got the last one.

It was unclear whether or not he would have one for me, but after the hour long High Noon-type staredown Naoki sold me the one on display.
