I don't mind the mash ups or the Franks . . . I know I'm in the minority but I can't see the appeal of the plainer versions ie. the new dayglo set.

For me it comes down to the sculpt. I think the brain is strong enough to pull off the symplicity. The lines of the original obake, the brain, the pumpkin head, bee, they all just fight and flow perfectly.

The franks look clunky and out of proportion, and make the things I like about most SB sculpts disappear when you shove their head on it. Mashups haven't ever been equal to the sum of their parts imo, even when I like the pieces (for example last years halloween set, and stomp). I'm not much into mixing lines I guess.

You're not the first to tell me that, and I'm guessing you'll not be the last!

I took a picture of all the Voodoos released so far and they look great. Can't wait to add the final piece to this set.

They do look great together. I have to agree with Audio however, for some reason (prolly color related) the back figures dont seem to hold the same presence as the front. I do notice the front figures have mainly dark, deep colors while the back 3 have a softer look.

The bagman would be the "strongest" of the weakest imo.
I'm a pumpkin fan at heart but the coloring etc just doesn't stand out as much as the reds/blues/yellows on the front three...

i think the bagman was the best one of this series so far, not sure what the 7th is yet...

I like the Pumpkin, but it feels out of place with the rest of the set.

The bee is my favorite out of the set, followed closely by the skullbrain.
