the line was crazy. We got there a bit late and I thought no way.... then the line just kept on going. i've got some video and it's insane. but at the end of the day i think everyone on the trip that wanted one, got one.

i was lucky enough that my friends sister was able to get me one. just gotta wait for it in the mail now.

I had a ticket, but it was for the next day... and that just didn't end up working out. Oh well, I figure I've gone this long without acquiring any Kaws toys, no need to start now.

This figure is quite a bit smaller than I imagined. I was expecting more towards the dissected size, now I understand what people are talking about. I still love it! I think Kaws did a great job on this one. Must find Vader....

The Kaws Trooper is as tall as the Vader. I think the idea for this Star Wars set is a set of three.

In all honesty though, are there any more possibilities besides Boba? Seems like if there is another in the set it HAS to be him. Either way I'm stoked.

I'd put money on Fett. He wears a helmet/armor, the 3 (vader/trooper/fett) always kind of get hooked up together (medicom vcd's they were the first) and there's no one left as popular.

Where would the X's go on Fett though, fool aint got no eyes!!!?!!???

I observe that KAWS follow his rule of three: 99 companions (brown, black , grey), 5yl (3 colors-gids blue and green were exceptions) , 4ft KAWS (3 colors), lil rocket dudes (3 colors) , most of his releases are by threes.

With the exception of Bearbrick and other Bape releases of course. Even with the baby Milo, he did it with 3 colors.

When he chooses to do a single character (zooth, hasheeem, jpp) , two colorway scheme is appllied.

Since he started with just one original color with Vader, then Storm Trooper, I would assume that he will release another character using the original color too.

Like the others, I guess Boba is next.
