Alcatraz in the morning, the meet up with Toybot, Joe and Gatchabert, went to a show at 1988 and then some food at Grubsteak If your ever in town hit up bert for the food recommendation  Thanks again guys, tomorrow should be real fun, wait until you see ALL of the customs

It was really nice to finally meet Rich in person, and his work looks even better in person than they do in pictures. And speaking of which, the book he produced for the show was great. Wait til you see the pictures from the show...

Not only did I see the amazing works of LASH in person (pics really don't do these figures justice), I got to meet a few of you SB'ers. Really nice meeting and talking to Leecifer, Toybot, and of course LASH! Finally getting to meet and talk toys with Brian was great too. The real star of the show, of course, was LASH's incredible output of beautiful customs. I didn't think I'd actually be able to get one of his pieces...especially to take home the night of the show. But I managed to purchase a clear zag customized by LASH...sweet! I've been wanting a clear zag anyways, so this was icing on the cake. Well here's Zag being welcomed to his new home by some fellow ,ocular challenged, friends...  I'll post more on the blog when I get a chance.
