Truly insane collection.
The headers in sleeves are cool but I'm too anal and must have matching bags.

I put a piece of paper, with a brief description, in the bag with the header and I use an accordion file to store them..

That is the exact same system that I have. Alphabetized accordion file. Works for me.

I could never do the book idea. I would end up with too many books. I have headers in bags with labels like everyone else. Then I put these in another larger clear bag based on brands so it's easy to access once everything is put into a big MF box. Mine is over 6 kg now.

that is pretty much what i do,,,separating the header/bags into envelopes by brands really helps when it comes time to fish out a bag/header...

for some companies,,i use a logo box if there has ever been a boxed release (rXh fortune cat box for rxh headers,,skull toys obitsu box for skull toys headers,,cronic handpaint box for cronic headers,,balzac zodiac box for secret base headers),,,these boxes house the header/bags perfectly

I also keep the bags along with the headers. Header!

Anyway...This is basically what I do too...(although I've fallen down on putting the notes in the bags)...the header goes in the bag, the bag is then folded around the header and taped...then:

I write down a description, put it in the bag w/ the header. Then I put the bags in boxes separately designated for SB, Gargamel, RxH, misc new kaiju & misc 'traditional' Kaiju. The boxes I use are the 'keepers', like the boxes for the RxH kitties.
As long as I am going to keep a box, might as well make use of it.

Those GetFatMilk headers is great, what figure are they for? The book is a great idea as I tend to like header cards as much as the figure and always take them out to look at them.
