Time and Lazyness- I wouldnt really know what to put in it either, I dont take masses of photos of my toys either- I have a photobucket but thats for work stuff.

Your Dorol has a macho name like a G.I.joe or somthing- he is awesome- really love the metallics! Do you reckon the base vinyl colour on yours is blue also?

It's pretty hard to tell, they even painted one of the feet red. But I think I see that greyish blue color peeking through on the other foot, so I think you're right.

Booschwobe- first of all your collection is friggin' amazing. So many great pieces in there. Second, 'Starry Night', ahem, I mean 'Jazz 'is one beautiful hand paint. Glad to see he's in a good home. Come on skullbrainers get your HP's up! We had two new ones today!

Oh and btw anyone notice how cool the skull ring on the Dororu's finger is? It's a odd little detail I picked up on today.

These HPs are beautiful. This is becoming one of my favorite thread, but I too get jealous every time I come in here.

1) Feeeling like an idiot for just watching and not clicking on YAJ. I know...sucker, stupid, fool,ninkampoop....I deserve it.
2) Lixx- hats off to you. You're a class act for the price tag on the stuff up for sale. You the real deal man. Isn't it weird you lost your bike and you get a dorol named Chaser? Track that f@#% bike thief down and break his arm or two. Ok..maybe not break his arm but definately a slap at the back of the head. Btw was Chaser on YAJ somehow I missed him over that couple of days.
3) Whoa! Jazz just floored the rest on that shelf.
Finally, there's not been a bad dorol. Each and everyone of them is superb.

Jazz is one of the crowd pleasers for sure.

Bashful has some great details. I love the yellow teeth with the black outline, and the purple bumps on his head. Looks like they are about ready to pop.

I love this figure but I have to admit, a two headed bemon would be about one of the only things that could pry away one of my HP's

I like these Dororus better than the Bemon 2-headed demon. Even tho the bemon demon was inspired by the Famous Monsters cover, which is so f*ckin' cool imho.

Before I won the Jazz, I lost on 2 YJA auctions for 2 separate Dororu hand-paints/one-offs. The one I really wanted was metallic light blue with purple rings. Hopefully someone here was able to snag it. I think one of the initial YJA auctions went for over 60,000!

The pic that Glenn posted in another thread was mindnumbing (the one with all of them together, too lazy to add the pic to this thread). I can't imagine being part of the S7 tour, seeing all those one-offs in person and being told "good luck, you have to take your chances at Superfest!". I would've lost my mind.

No matter which one was scored, everyone who snagged one should feel very lucky. They are simply beautiful and the crazy paint application does bring out the detail so nice. And as Lixx pointed out, the skull ring on the right hand is a great detail!

I am very grateful that I eventually succumbed and got a HP. I initially was going to get neither, then thought about it and when the first HP's started showing up, I went to work raising the cash. I actually reverted and thought maybe just get a red one since everyone will be going crazy for the HP's (I do really like the red) and up my chance of at least winning one. But after winning a Red I could not resist getting a HP to go with it.

After I saw one in person, I can't stop thinkin' about this Dororu. The toy is huge and just sick! With its current price, the hunt might take me longer.

Are the HP's ready and available on the website? I thought for sure (maybe just me) but thought these were really hard to get exclusives? I'm getting the red one later but that seems to be easy to get these days. Only 20 made i believe

the HP's were painted and bagged for superfest....they had some extra for international patrons, but I kind of doubt there are any left at this point.
