I chose to pay with paypal but it didn't go to my paypal account to take the money out???? whats the deal???????

PayPal questions ? Hi All,
Here's the deal, the way the shopping cart is set up you will have a choice of Credit Card, PayPal or mailing in your payment.
If it's PayPal we send you a payment request from PayPal - why ? because if we have an international order the shipping charges on the site would not be the correct prices. So we'd have to go back and adjust those. Also sometimes we make mistakes in inventory, so i wouldn't want to charge or get your money instantly or else we'd have to go back issue a refund and be charged for doing so. It's not the best system, but it's what I can afford presently.
Please read the item description.. it is a Pre Order, and yes we do require full payment up front. We will be shipping the week of July 7th. If you want to hang on to your money you can wait till the week of July 7th.. as we will be shipping all orders from that point on. However, I don't think the Hedorahs will last.... the Black Ghidorahs are sold out on the site- we saved a few for Gfest and for Comic Con- the Orange CCP Ghidorah is half sold thru.
