I can't read Japanese, but am assuming that this high contrast image is a preview of a forthcoming Dream Rocket Monster File creature, based on this blog entry. Can anyone authoritatively confirm or deny?



Looks like a very cool sculpt, a almost like Gilmos with wings.

I think it says his name is Girozun. Was available on Oct 24th? interesting.

New Monster File sculpt, no name yet. Supposedly will be released within the year.

Girozun is an Akakage monster (sort of manta-ray-ish with a flower-chest-burst thing), previewed a while back on the brog. Should be done by early next year.

The 24th thing was a sale of Marnon HPs on the website store. There's one left.

But seriously- where are the Gappos? We should be seeing a clear version pretty soon if my suspicions are correct...

What makes you suspect that? Were clear protos shown at an exhibition or something like that? Man, I'd love to see more of that sculpt. Only one ever released so far as I know.

I think it said on the DR homepage at some point that he intends to release clears of the original 6 Akakage sculpts. So far we have seen Doguma, Agon and Ganda. All versions have been called the "Kousen no Hou" type.

That would leave Jyako, Gappo and Hitotsume.

Of course I could just be imagining all of this.

Man, I'd kill for a glowie Gappo....DR, are you listening!?
