I love the amount of hidden stuff, but yeah it definitely ramps up the difficulty on later levels. My coworkers and I spent a good three nights trying not to get electrocuted in a giant ferris wheel puzzle.

Very annoying 'physics', and the control runs the range from 'fair' to 'downright awful' at times. I shouldn't die 4 times jumping over 3 cactus! The game does look good though (The mexican 'Day of the Dead' levels are eye candy in the extreme!). I give it about a '7' overall...maybe '8'

This game kind of reminds me of Yoshi's Island 1. You can beat the game relatively easily, but if you want to get 100% of the items it gets much harder.

I finished the story mode over the weekend with about 60% of the items, but then again I've never been one to get 100% of all the stuff in any game.

I never really had much of a problem with the controls. There are times when you accidently jump 'back' into the level and it gets annoying, but other than that i thought most of the time the controls worked great.

I've messed around a bit. I really wanted to play the entire game first to see how MM implemented a lot of stuff, sort of learning by example.

I completed all 8000 tutorials for the level creater though. The level of flexibility is crazy, I saw a video of a side scrolling shooter level that someone made in the game. Very impressive.

she will cause it's really colorful but it is pretty tough sometimes (then again i suck at platformers). i'm seriously thinking of having a stunt controller....and maybe a stunt tv to throw the controller at.

stunt controller = old, dead controller that you throw instead of your new one that replaced the old, dead controller.
