Hi everyone
A few days ago I posted a couple of photos of my Shikaruna pieces. Today i'm posting 4 photos showing my complete collection. I have been collecting since earlier this year, joined this board very recently, and I am aware my collection does not yet compare to many found here.

The current 'recession' and poor A$ exchange rate to the US$ and the yen means I will have to slow down purchasing quite a bit for the moment. This plus my recent arrival to collecting has got me around to thinking that if I do have to slow down on how many pieces I buy for financial reasons, purchasing the occasional piece that would complement or add to the look and feel of my collection is probably what i'll do. And with that being the case I am seeking your ideas on what pieces you think could complement or add to my collection?

I know that selecting for a collection is a personal choice, and I always try to buy what I like as opposed to what the latest 'thing' is, and I wouldn't necessarily agree with someone's personal choice/s, but i'd be interested to know what you think so please feel free to post or PM me with your thoughts or ideas.

I'd also really appreciate your feedback on my collection as it currently is also. Thanks for reading ... and viewing!

Welcome aboard middpa. From the looks of things you're off to a great start. Don't worry about comparing your new collection to others around here. It's all about what you like and thankfully this hobby has alot of choices. You'll be broke like the rest of us in no time I assure you The only advice I'd give, and you seem to already know this, is take time to find out what you like. Don't make rash purchases (very hard I know) on things that will not be your cup of tea down the road. I've only been here a little over a year and everyday I'm finding new stuff/characters I never even knew were out there. Good start is that Neo Kaiju book (for ultraman at least) or any Roman Albums, AND of course Skullbrain.

I agree with selekta lets see that Gold Chaos in all it's glory not hiding behind some minis.

Yes, the nougaki is from the mixbox, along with the dorogami. I love the metallics on those guys.

Beautiful collection.
Lots of choice pieces in there.
However, the pics are TOO BIG!
I hate scrolling to view everything.
It's hard to admire everything at once when I have to scroll.

So far, it looks as if you have chosen the pieces that excite you...and some great choices they are, fantastic colors! Just keep doing what you are doing and your collection will naturally take shape.
