I don't mind being poked fun at by friends, if it's good-natured ribbing. But when it's calculated and malicious (not applying that to you, Dr, though it does apply to other chronic (sic) haters), then yes it is uncool and uncooth.
If people want to laugh at me for liking Cronic (sic), I don't care. Just as long as it's good-natured and not a knee-jerk have-nothing-better-to-do-with-your-life-than-egg-me-on posting routine, then it's all good.
