As most people have posted, I do like the clear ones more, but that's not gonna prevent me from picking up the painted version. Still love the figure, and can't wait for it to drop.

although i'm not totally sold yet on the figure, after seeing the proto pic w/ hiddy... definately have to get at least one and check it out

The sculpt looks pretty spot on with the drawing Chris did. I'm pretty anxious to snatch these guys up.

i'm jumping on the bandwagon here for the unpaints. the painted seems to go a step further beyond Spencer's in my eyes. reminds me more of something you'd buy at a stand at a county fair, sitting between some confederate flag zippo knock-offs and a case full of switchblades with eagles and snakes painted on them....

I can't believe how many people are not diggin this fig. I think it's awesome. I can't wait for mine. I must say though I'm really into just about anything with skulls.

Sorry, but I'd be all about a moratorium on skull figures. Occasionally they're cool, but man, it seems that every other figure is at least partially skull-themed. Enough, already.

I put in an order for this finally, thought I might regret it down the line once new colors started coming out. I like how chunky it looks from the side and the cape flow. This pic on the GBT made me want it, the proportions are awesome. Skulls are over done, but this looking like a cheap halloween toy is cool.
