This kinda brings up another question: Since these modern characters don't really have much of a history (unlike vintage Kaiju), how does one acquire information about the creatures themselves? For example, what the hell is a Bemon supposed to be? A modern day Hedorah? Where could I search for this kind of information without having to make individual posts under the company sections?

Bemon also has a history. I'll make it quick: Was an illustration on a header for an original vintage kaiju (Smogun, Sumogun, Mosugun? I forget the REAL name) and was GOING to get made and never did. Fast forward a few decades and a hardcore fan in Japan made it himself cause' he was just too impatient to wait. You can find more info, again, through searching.

Since the poor chaos was obviously mutated in some gruesome way into the mutant chaos, I always thought that it's part of his mutated arm fused with a laser beam gun at the end.

I keep a mutant chaos in my car and he sometimes rides in the cupholder, other times between the legs. When I am at stoplights I can play with the chaos a little bit, and its fun to relieve road rage by squeezing the point on top of his head, or in this case, the laser beam gun at the end of his left hand.
