Post Cronic Lucky Bag Question.
I've been pretty interested in the figures some of you have picked up in previous years and was wondering if and how I could get on the list for these.

They'll come around soon enough and you'll know where to get them.
Just start saving some money now and sit tight.

Hmm, last year was the only year some Lucky Bags made it outside of Japan - via Max Toy Co. Not sure if Naoki has plans to do something like that again next year. One thing about Cronic collecting is you learn to just take things as they come, as Joe suggests. His release schedule and style aren't as regimented as some of the other vinyl makers, which is why stores like Rotofugi, Lulubell, etc occasionally get stock of new releases, but not always.

So, keep checking. Eventually a pic will show up somewhere on the Net, and someone here will link to it, and then BOOM! the fun will begin.

no matter what happens, the money part is the biggest factor. I got two large bags and still ended up buying a boatload of pieces on the secondary market.

the good news is that a lot of stuff showed up after the bags dropped...but that's also because there were a TON of different releases in the bags...so who know what next year holds?

No doubt, Naoki does LBs right - a great combination of standard pieces, super short runs, and a mix of small figures and fight figures. There were a lot fewer releases than we first thought, when we were going nuts trying to figure it all out - but it was still a pretty amazing variety.

This year the exchange rate to Yen sucks. Lucky bags are going to be painful.
