Damn.

After I saw pictures from the Bispop holiday party and those *SWEET* custom Rangeas, I dropped flopdoodle.com an email asking if there were any left available.... I just had to get one- I'm a fan of Tim Biskup's art, and Rangeas is one of my top three kaiju, and I'm focusing on just customs in my collection- I got a really nice email back a couple hours later saying that yes, there were a couple left and if I was interested I could get one and they would send me pictures in a couple days so I could pick. I emailed back saying absolutely yes I'd take one of course. I was stoked. I was sneaking off during work to check my email on my phone all week. A couple days went by with no pics, but I didn't want to seem impatient so I waited two days and then I emailed the nice folks back about it... I just got home from work today and found an email from flopdoodle apologizing that on tuesday the guy I was in contact with was out sick, and all the rangeas were sold. I'm not pissed (well, a little) but not at anyone really. The people a flopdoodle were really nice, just a bad coincidence I guess.

So what I'm trying to say here basically is does anyone here have a Tim biskup Rangeas handpaint they don't want? I'm in the market for one.

i wrote to flopdoodle on monday and got this response:

"Unfortunately, we are not selling any custom painted vinyl figures online. "

maybe they would have taken phone orders ? i don't know. i assumed not since they didn't give me the option.

someone else told me the same thing that they were waiting for pictures and never heard back

i found an awesome agent to pick me one up one of the last 2 remaining on tuesday.

Handpainted ones though? you think? Its not that I'm not interested in the production run pieces, but I can get those. The handpainted ones were right up my alley. =(

Well..My friend and picked up something from the show today and they still had some there. I even sent a pic from vtn and she said that they were still some there. Flopdoodle is very cool but very slow and they don't sell them directly but they are going to have some (I heard) at VTN this weekend. The unpainted pinks were still in stock and there were a few hps.

Keep in mind that these were at the Bispop mini-store located inside of Johnson Motors. The Flopdoodle staff does not work there. So it's not like they could just turnaround and take a picture for people.

I'm sure they'll be more. He's still painting Pollards and those have been out for awhile. I know he already has a new clear color Rangeas in hand too.....so expect to see those sometime soon.

How in the hell is that INSANE Drag still left..? WANT!
