Google says that's Roman Dirge's work.
I've never cared much for his stuff as I always saw it as a less interesting version of what Jhonen Vasquez did with Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.
I swear I'm not a comic collector (not that it would be a bad thing) ... a friend just gave me all the JHTM for my birthday about 10 years ago. They're still funny in a goth-ish sorta way.
