 Re: Fully Visual X Gargamel?
These remind me of the Nerdquake party at Sdcc 07. I had exactly 80 bucks cash left, and I either could get one last beer or one of the 8 or so Kiyoka camo pocket zags that were left. I chose the beer and figured I'd snag one the next day. BIG MISTAKE!

 Re: Fully Visual X Gargamel?
Just got mine. Looks like every one is still available except for the PK Custom hand painted Green/Red. I thought for sure these would sell faster than that.

 Re: Fully Visual X Gargamel?
I feel the same way.
I like the look of sculpt and the metals themselves.
Kinda like the Golden Week secret base figures.

 Re: Fully Visual X Gargamel?
I find it interesting that so many guys are into the bare metal look. I'm all about the painted look. To me, these are totally an homage to Bullmark's Bullpets, the line of diecast Toho kaiju with goof-tastic accessories. I mean, check out the packaging: versus Same silver background with inset frame. Same gradient color block letters. Same hexagonal company logo... Anyway, these are some of the greatest toys ever. Period. They were, of course, painted...and while I came *damn* close to picking up the copper one because it's just so hot, I ended up just going with the red/green PK.

I understand all this but you are talking about a toyline. I guess I'm kind of under the assumption that these are sort of a special deal and they won't be repeated since it's a collaboration. If Gargamel was going to make metal zags on their own and paint them and continue to do this...then that's different. But for now...it's another story. For me, I have most of the vinyl mini zags but a bare metal one is definitely different and will ultimately stand out.
