 Re: Toygraph Space Troopers
Guess I was hoping for something more eye-popping and metallic with the saucer. I hope the photography is off, the GID escape pod looks yellowish to me.
2000 troopers in existence? (that's how I read it). Many more than I thought (not that it matters).
The photo of the masks is cool too.

That second saucer kinda looks more like a Flan/custard bowl - not very aerodynamic

Yea, the UFO didn't turn out as cool as I thought it'd be. HOWEVER, this guy kicks ass. Congrats to Rotofugi on an awesome release. Now to find the MTC Red one...

 Re: Toygraph Space Troopers
Ha! He did show up 2day. Gotta love those Saturday deliveries. I prefer him with the helmet off. But anyone else, besides me, having a hard time getting the helmet to fit over the lip on his suit? Seems like Mizaru's little antenae hit the visor and make it hard to fit.

 Re: Toygraph Space Troopers
Got mine yesterday and got into an argument about whether or not to pop the can open = "what's the big deal, just open it!" "but it'll devalue! DEVALUEEEE" She finally won and with a pop, hiss and sigh of devalue, I opened it and gotta say that I was glad that I did Awesome looking figure and I LOVE that spaceship. Very 1950's. If I can get lucky enough to get one then that baby MUST be strung from wires in front of a painting of space!

Pop off the bottom - best of both worlds.

 Re: Toygraph Space Troopers
yeah! I wonder if Bed, Bath & Beyond has these. We've got a million coupons around the apartment.
Too bad there wasn't something else in the can, like space peanuts

 Re: Toygraph Space Troopers
when i was a little kid, i had this can that my dad bought me.. it said that it contained a real space alien
you could shake it and hear something clinking about inside
but it had a warning not to ever open the can or the alien inside would die and disappear immediately
i never did open it
i was a sucker

Man, sure wish I wasn't dead broke when those two came out. I think they are my favorite yet.
