Its a shame- I prefer the sculpt to the original Rebal Ink, but I tend to just have my toys stood around on my desk, If this one cant do that Ill probably pass on it.

Is there confirmation that it definitely doesnt stand? Maybe its a keep in the bag and hang up toy.

I have some fishing line laying around here somewhere, so I'm probably gonna have them hanging from the ceiling and hovering over display cases anyways.

i dont really know what to say..... its cool i guess if you have a place to put it by itself. sucks though cause i have shelves and put everything together and now this has to be outcasted away from all the other figures. bah

I wish I was a junkie sometimes, I reckon it'd be less expensive.

Guess it depends on the balance of the figure...I am hoping that the if I tie the line round the base of the wings, that it will look okay (with the proper tilt, so that they look like they are flying), otherwise, I'll have to be creative with rigging the line around the neck and one of the legs. This fishing line is clear, so it should look fine.

This is a downer! . . . they look absolutely stunning, but not being self supporting could end up being a deal breaker!

Whit did people get then? Black, White or both?

Fortunately it's not fastened to the base so that along with the plastic box can be thrown in a closet.

I think it would look great on a shelf about 6-7 feet from the floor. Looking down.
Would probably do something with clear fishing line so there'd be no chance of a dive.
I can live with that.

I think these would look awesome if they were in glass boxes and used as bookends.

I went for white because I figured that you'd see more of the sculpt that way. The black won't show the contours I don't think.
Plus I have a darkish flat, so I need all the help I can get.

I'm not fussed about him standing or the box, I kind of like the idea of displaying him away from my other toys.

seems like with those wings there was plenty of room to play around and get the sculpt balanced, pretty weak that it doesn't stand, pass...
