I still like it despite all the hate.
But it's so strange that it can't stand on its own even if you carefully balance it ever so carefully and don't breathe on it.

I would like to know if it was originally designed to stand and then the production of the piece fell behind schedule.
And then finally they just said "fuck it" and put a box around it with a base.

For sure!! But even then you might have to do an incredible balancing act. I don't think it would really work.

I caught the tail end of this thread so I'm not sure if this has already been brought up or not, but I've always used a very small dab of Quake Wax under the feet of top heavy figures to keep them standing. If two small dabs can hold up Kure Kure Takora's gigantic dome, then S.I. should be fine.

I have conf. that the black s.i. is on its way to my house. I missed the white one. I saw some on evil bay for $200. It makes me sick. If my s.b. lucky bag blows in going to ask my mail lady to kick me in the nuts. I didnt have enough money after I bought the lucky bag. I hope I have at least one good figure in there..........

grrr... mine is about a half hour from being delivered to me... at work... which is not where I am... So, do I get dressed and run down to work or collect it from the depot... Oh difficult holiday decisions...
