I believe these were protos w/ small runs sold by Hukkokudo. The whole deal was mentioned here. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=26375&hilit=hukkokudo

i believe it is spelled hukkokudo. and what was the run size on these? i read somewhere that these where 1-off protos, or damn close to it! man, i'd love to get my paws on at least one of these, they look amazing!

I think, according to Hukkokudo's blog, the count was anywhere from 1-7 or something on each of the proto's he was selling. All the info seems to be gone now, though. They kill, I wish I could get most of the ones sold that day.

These are unreal. Can only hope that they will do another or bigger run of the murky clear hedo's. The above shots really show off the colours and sculpt well.

They did 2 clear vinyl Hedoro's previously as real releases, though I don't know how limited. This one I WISH I had, but don't:

Though the second doesn't LOOK clear, it is, than it's just got a lot of copper/brown/black paint over it too. But if held up to a light you see right through it. ALSO they're putting a clear red out from what I understand.

so nice. claws are kind of weird for a hedorah but thats what makes this sculpt look cool

The hand claws on this sculpt are one of my favorite parts of it. I'll attempt to get a close up shot, but it looks like a huge tumor mass with 3 little claws popping out, it's great. I actually like what Hukkokudo is doing with IKB's original sculpts, I wish they'd play around more with the color/vinyl choices. Some are pretty boring, but the good ones are GREAT. Plus they're not the hottest things on the market right now, it's fun to collect something a little more low-key.

those are awesome. you know, i never really dug the hukkokudo solid vinyl hedo, but these clears give the sculpt a totally different feel. and i'm guessing they are pretty limited, since i've noticed that you have had this thing in your wanted thread for quite some time w/o yet obtaining it!

The 'green' version looks so sick... a splendid piece to own.
