 Moguera Attacks!
I finally got around to building one of the little Tokyo architecture models from a Fotomo 3-D book. I used it to make this pic of a Marmit Para-baby Moguera attacking Shibuya... Model... There is one more image of Goji and a little more on the Fotomo books at my blog if your interested.

 Re: Moguera Attacks!
Thanks! If you're so inclined...it looks much better larger...and you can see a lot more detail. Bigger on FlickrI am going to build more, but like I mention in my blog, I'm not sure what to do with them when I'm done, they are too cool to throw out, but I have no room to store the fragile things I'd ultimately like to build this... Now that would be fun to take kaiju pics on...almost like a real little TOHO set! I've always dreamed of being able to visit one of the Tsuburaya crew built miniature sets. This is the next best thing without having to actually build a bunch of tiny buildings from scratch. Here is a link to more on Fotomo and photographer Kimio Itozaki... http://www.olympus.co.jp/en/magazine/pursuit/feature_article/feb2007/index.cfm

Ha ha, those books are great. Ainsley and I picked up a couple issues of it last summer with the same intention as you. Looks like your way quicker at cutting out and gluing!

Definitely try making some!...I had never done the papercraft thing before and was surprised with how easy they actually are to build... considering that the instructions are in Japanese I've made two, they took about 30-45min each to complete.

 Re: Moguera Attacks!
I think I would actually like a lot of your pictures better with less filters over them - but this one turned out just amazing!
