Exactly , take the head off and look inside !! Don't be scared it wont hurt him I'll do it in the morning after my wife is done with her hair dryer, let you know the results.

Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
comparing pics with others that i have seen, several mix part pollution monsters have the marbled thing going on in one part or another.. i really think its in the vinyl & not the result of being stripped. certain translations suggest this is the case but the greatest indication of experimentation with marble would be these guys: image direct from CKA blog i think we will be seeing much more with this technique in the next few releases.

Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
Beautiful photos! Can someone please enlighten me and tell me what is the price range of a "regular" bemon (not mixed parts). I've seen some crazy high prices. Thanks!

Thank you Liquidsky. I recently saw two go up on YJP for $280 and $450. There was a beautiful turquoise/purple version.

Also keep in mind that there are handpaints that are more expensive than the factory paints. The handpaints are unique colourways, one of a kind ones. The factory paints might have a run of 10-20 (I forget) of the same paint scheme and are "somewhat" less pricey.

LASH wrote: The more I see these "marbelized" ones the more I'm sure it was paint that was acetoned off it. Like it at one point was used as a test spray. And honestly I like this theory better than its in the vinyl. I guess the only way to really tell is if you take off the head look inside and there is colors exactly the same on the inside. I think you are right. When you marble plastic, vinyl, resin, etc... you get this sort of effect (some of my art)... If I have messed up your thread w/ this photo, I will remove/edit this post, just lmk via pm.

Ooze-it - that's some cool stuff you got there. However, this IS a Bemon thread...if you could just post one photo to illustrate your comment that'd be great. You could create your own Show Off thread with all the photos - they're fun to look at!
And yes - let's see more photos! I'm loving that people are updating this with their new Bemon scores! It's making me jealous, but in a good way.

Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
I pulled the one in the middle with the green head. Green, pink, grey and carmel. 116/120. Kinda undecided on it and trying to understand Mr Bemon's colour palette. But it's different enough from the other two I have from the first release that I'm happy with it. Maybe if I meditate more on the colour scheme... Also kinda cool to see yours in the group shots in Japan.

Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
Do you think the color choices are intentional, or does he just throw the parts together willy nilly?

Thanks, it's weird, looks totally taxi cab in that pic but some of those pics contrast/color seem really off from seeing different pictures of the same Bemons. liquidsky wrote: BloodDrinker6969 wrote: How yellow is that body liquidsky?
