It's definitely a unique color choice. I know I, like many others, would really like to see at least one of these become available. At the very least 1.

I know there is a lot of hype now and it'll curb but this is one sculpt I'd like to add to my collection.

It'll just really suck if the one that's finally widely available has weak colors. Why is it the super limited ones are always the coolest!?! You'd think that they could get away with ugly ones on the super limited - people always want limited stuff, no matter how ugly it is! Stupid to make just a few of the best looking ones.

If one is brave, that bright colored Mother will sit nicely next to the Kaws Dissected.

I totally love this fig but all the exclusivity is starting to turn me away, Ive pretty much given up any hope to acquire one. As well after a good look at its tail,... seriously looks pretty nasty, wtf is going on there?

In fact, what i noticed was that most of the regular release do have nice color scheme and its the ltd and one-offs that sometimes turn out not main stream (not so easily acceptable). A good example would be SK's Zagoras. The kobe release black/blue /pink is fantastic. IMO. But the series of one-offs of Zag were so-so.
Maybe the ltds are an expression of the artist, or maybe they're pushing the boundaries...?
Just my thoughts.

IMO, this is the worst sculpt done by exoheadxzollmen. Zollmen should start consigning better character for Exohead to sculpt.

I feel completely opposite.
i think zollmen probably feel it too hence making the maza his "flagship" figure that has all the characteristics of a most-hyped figure.
Each release has been 10 and less so far.
Very clever marketing if u ask me.

I think Future just meant when is the Maza going to get a general release, something with a run of more than just 10 'lottery' figures. Each time they've been put out, it's been in conjunction with a Zudon release. The Zudons themselves have been hard enough to get. The only release that wasn't was the Exohead and it appears not many people knew about that till it was too late. Not sure of the run on that one but it appears to be a least larger than the lottery runs maybe? Looking at that one pic posted yesterday at least.



I agree with you. Zollmen is really driving kaiju collectors batty trying to score any of their new releases. Very clever indeed, but will all the hype result in frustration for collectors, or will the floodgates open as with Toygraph and the spacetroopers. Time will tell.

Not really feeling the colors on this one.

This one is cool. I like this sculpt and Zudon but don't feel the nagging pressure of hype to go nuts trying to get one. I can be patient and wait for one to come my way.

I dig this sculpt, but the colors on the the bright one doesn't do it for me. the one-off jyrinco one (of course ) did. at least the production(?)ones look promising.

I'm really picky about how this one is painted though.
