Re: gargamel gang at grass hut
The show was a resounding success. Bwana Spoons did an outstanding job hosting the event and the Grass Hut staff were fantastic. Bakoboy cooked up some great food that perfectly complimented the good times that were being had by all. I am amazed at how much culture and charm is packed into this quaint little city, from its restaurants to art exhibits to film houses to its people. I definitely wish I had more time to stay and visit. It was great hanging with Dr. T and NT and Phantomfauna and Brian Flynn and Martin, Bwana, and Scrappers, Koji, Kiyoka, Naoya, Billy from Billy's Galaxy, Bakoboy, etc. Thank you to the native Portlanders and Gargamel and Grass Hut Gangs for making my short weekend trip a memorable one. I cannot wait to return.

Talk to them about the shipping charges. What they're providing is a generic international shipping charge to save on calculation hassles which can be lowered if you ask. It could be as low as $10 per piece by first class international from my past experience in purchasing from grasshut shipped to Canada.

Re: gargamel gang at grass hut
Of all days for me to get the flu!!!! I was mere miles away, sick in bed. It sounds like a blast everyone. The Hut always knows how to make it pop! Hopefully, some folks who came into town see that it is a cool spread, and will return for some of GH's future shows--they have a new one every month!!

And in my book, pipecleaner-eating sludge-pandas > bamboo eating panda bears There are some VERY cool one-off pieces. I wish I coulda been there to see them in person, I'm much more apt to buying things I can see and touch, rather than just view on Flickrs / webshops Can't wait to get the exclusive Tokoji, and I might even add something else to the bill before the weekend is over with

Just scored the exclusive Tokoji. Can't wait to see it with my own eyes... There were so many incredible customs displayed at this show. That flocked 'panda' Hedo = bizarre.

Re: gargamel gang at grass hut
it was one of the ones on the historic hwy before you get to multinomah. usually pretty tiny but becasue of all the more than the usual lots of rain and snow extra gushy. Just dropped the boys off at the airport. ithink they had a goodtime. Thanks to everybody that came out for the show. it will be up for a few more weeks if anybody wants to see it in person.
