Anyone buy one of the lucky bags? They were up for a bit.

The new Dokugans (and that bloody Andagon) were all super sick, but after springing for the Bloody Christmas Diablo and the new Deathtroika Cyclopus I couldn't spare another $140 for the lucky bag. On top of that, I seriously have no space left on any of my Blobpus shelves!!!

I didn't notice the all-red Blobpus DX guts though (they're on the blog picture). If anyone gets an LB with the guts and doesn't want them, I can provide a very good home!

Pretty cool. All I'm interested in are the guts, Andagons and Diablo, though. Would have liked to have seen more of the regular Blobpus and a Docross (though I'm sure I'm alone on that one).

Supposedly there is a regular Blob in those bags. Maybe he'll surprise us and have random inserts that were not previewed.

S7 didn't do preorders, nor did anyone else from what I saw.

So you get like 1 std (Dokugan, LKS) + 2 mid (Andagon, Diablo, Blobpus) + 1-2 mini (Blobpi, Kaijin). It's a really good deal when you break it down. Plus everything this year looks great.

most of the bags i have seen consist of dokugans.
of which the more common ones seem to be the clear painted and the green painted. The GID painted seems very very rare.
the clear and clear blue painted doks are really really nice. they are filled with "sparkle" shards that gives off a very nice effect when light is shown through them.

you also get any two of the mid-size figures Andagon, Diablo, or blob. however, there don't appear to be too many blobs.
the mini figures have very nice colours this year.
overall, a worthwhile package for JPY13,000.

Know what? If there were some nice looking Docrosses in there I just might have found a way to scrape the cash together. I loooove Docrosses, whether they have tentacles or wings, and I can only think of a couple that came out in 2008.

I'm going for the blob and kaijin for the most part. If/when I get other stuff, I'd be up for trading if anyone gets the reg blobpus.

goddamn, I want that new Vatundoo! But I don't think I want it quite enough to call in a favor with my grumpy friends in Japan. Argushgh, sell internationally please!!!

I too would be very interested in finding out how to score one of the Dokugans. I can't really tell from the blog, but it seems like the two over in the left-hand side of the LB pic are totally awesome...sort of in the vein of the CNY and other clear/glitter versions they've done in the past...

Just to clear up a few of the questions: the LBs are, to my knowledge, sold out. They were released at SuperFest last Sunday and I think the remainder was put on the web store for a few days. The only way to get the Dokugans, or any of the other figures, was to buy an LB. So, unless an overseas retailer has some of these on the way you'll have to hit up the secondary market.

Also, to my knowledge there was no Blob DX released, I think it was just the guts. Again, I could be wrong on this (since there was a possible Blob which I haven't seen), but I think it might just have been the guts on their own.

I haven't got a clue. Blobpus doesn't usually publish release numbers (aside from a few exceptions, like the 777 releases), but for the LBs I would be surprised if the number exceeded 10 on any of the individual figures.
