Can you imagine what shipping would cost for this bad boy?!
Didn't Frank mention that his giant Skull Kun cost something like $700 to ship? I suppose if you're buying this to begin with, perhaps the shipping costs are negligible?

as much as I love that figure and it's sooo novel in that size.....$6 grand is $6 grand.
I think I would rather drop my dough on something like a Rolex or a Colnago road bike. My other fetishes.

Retail was a $1000. At one time I knew all the people that had one of these in the US, not sure now. 5 at least, now 6 with Mark K.

I agree with Johny , if I was to spend big bucks I rather buy a big skull kun. a grand sound more lik it as well but to drop 6 grand on this........ you have to really want it something bad.

That one has been sitting on ebay for months. All said and done, mine came in for less than half of the starting bid on that one. I figured several months of toy allowance was money well spent on this guy. One sold on YJA just after I got this one that had a huge dent in the tail. It ended at 120,000 Yen. You really would not believe the weight on this thing and the amount of vinyl in it.

I don't think that's bad at all!
It's a bit disheartening to me that older standard M-1's haven't gained any value. They go for beans lately.
Truly the best company ever.
