AKA, Xenia Smith - more specifically, after SDCC 08?

I took her on her offer to buy some stuff for me at SDCC. She basically took my money and never shipped my stuff.

So, have any of you guys heard from her recently-ish, or bought (and/or traded) anything from her after SDCC 08, especially SDCC exclusives from Gargamel (Ojo, Tokoji, Zag tank) and a Bwana Jelly Factory figure?

I'm trying to get my money back, so any info you guys can provide would be of great help.

damn, I'm really sorry to hear that. She muled a tokoji from SDCC 08 for me, and I received it within days of the end of the con. I certainly didn't suspect any dishonesty. She even took pics of the tokoji while at the show to make sure it was the same one I was asking for. Unfortunately, I no longer have any contact information. Have you been waiting since last years con to get this stuff??

Well, she offered to buying everything at cost, but it was a lot of stuff - Tokoji, Ojo, Zag Tank, Globby, a Bwana Jelly Factory figure... so there you go.

Well, I've been trying to contact her since August, through every mean possible... but yeah, shouldn't have waited this long. So many people vouched for her, I thought maybe she could be having real life problems.

Lesson learned.

They're not letting new people sign up there, but someone is already helping me out with VR. But she will probably follow the same pattern as she did on other boards - disappear when someone asks something about this matter.

If you paid with your credit card via PAYPAL can you do a chargeback?

I think the problem is that it's been months too long.

I was just thinking how the eloco thing went down and all those chargebacks were being initiated months after the sale, copperhead might be able to do the same. Now the burden of proof of delivery falls on the seller.

i guess she's not answering calls. that would be the easiest way to sort it all out. otherwise, it's a call to the authorities.
