 does gargamel make fight figures anymore? I was just wondering if you guys could give me some info. Does gargamel make fight figures anymore? Are thay takeing a break from them? When was the last fight figure released?

Re: does gargamel make fight figures anymore?  this is the last one they released. it was in June. They did a GID Gameppa (sp?) in april, and I think they did a lucky bag one earlier last year (not pictured).

Re: does gargamel make fight figures anymore? Gargamel seems to have pulled back on most of their figures. Probably a smart move given the super tough market in Japan and elsewhere.
I hope they release a few mini standing Hedorans and mini Deathras this year...

I think someone, possibly Koji, mentioned that they weren't the most popular Gargamel line produced . . . they tend to sit around for awhile after release, so they weren't a production priority.

Re: does gargamel make fight figures anymore? Considering that the great SDCC 07 Bullmask still sits around in the S7 store, I doubt they focus much on the fight figures anymore. They are some of the toys that got me into Japanese sofubi, so they hold a special place in my heart. I think it's a shame more aren't released, but then again, I am missing tons.
I hope 09 sees the return of fight figures and a new standard size Bako.

I think they just rotate sculpts. I mean...everyone loves mini zags but how many actually were standard releases last year? 3? That's less then the fight figures. Sure fight figures don't sell as well but there are loyal fans.
