Re: Bollywood fans? I recently saw Krrish, a lightweight superhero movie. I really enjoyed it, even with the singing and dancing. Actually, I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I kinda liked the music. And the gal is smoking. Great chemistry between the lead actors. Definitely recommended. Re: Bollywood fans? What kind of Bollywood? Though most follow the same formula there have been some recent "adult" types of films such as Ghajini and a few years ago, The Company.
Ghajini broke a lot of Indian box office records this year. Basically a Bollywood version of Memento.
A recent comedy which was quite popular was Dostana but I'm sure it's a remake of that film which had Kevin James/Adam Sandler pretending to be in a gay marriage.
I used to see all of them for work, among them this year I've seen:
Chandni Chowk To China (weird bollywood kung fu)
Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (SRK film, cheesy but fun)
Bachna Ae Haseeno (08)
Race (08)
Tashan (08)
