Iroha is also pretty good and of course, On the Bridge is always interesting. iroha was my favorite when we were there...their udon was really great. on the bridge was cool too, but i was so jetlagged i had no idea where i was hehe

Hey all you people, thanks for all the tips! There's obviously way more than I can eat in 3 days! I think that if the economy comes back, I'm going to have to get some kind of gig and live out there for a year so I can just cover all the stuff I want to see! I'm cutting back on the beers for 6 weeks and exercising (a very little) just so I'll be able to pack in as much as I can, I am so pumped.

you need to make a reservation... http://www.bourbonandbranch.com/if you don't know your alcohol, this would be a waste of time and money to go to. There are house rules that need to be followed...and a dress code. No umbrella drinks here

I only own 3 ties and two of them have cartoon characters on them... so those guys prolly won't take me in. Heh.
Separate from that, is "The Bead Store" anywhere near S7? Told that they may have old African trade beads. Oh, also need an Asian video store with good stock of horror, gore and monster dvds that play on NorthAm machines. Used is good.
