You know i have all my toys at work and a new guy started working here and he was roughhousing with the toys. I got irrationally angry at him about it and was all "oh shit im a fucking toy nerd" in the worst way. This makes me feel like i shoulda punched him after all.

What a fuck.

I hate that shit. A lot of people KNOW the deal, even if they're not "nerds." They know you're trying to keep them in good condition (many are surprised to see I open my toys, I get "Now it's not worth anything right?") and they're just being douches. There's no smooth way to say to another grown adult, especially at work, "please don't touch my toys, they mean a lot to me and I don't want to see them get damaged even by accident." No matter what, you sound like a total dork, so going the angry road isn't so bad. You can always play that off later, too, as "I just had a bad conversation with the boss" or something.

There aren't many Premium Blacks for sale---at least over at the SB bst. I wonder how many Usugrow Premium blacks on sale at YJA and Ebay (if there is one) which is out of the bag, that has been glued/repaired???

If its out of the bag now, it might cast some doubt if it actually broke. The buyer might be busy and a bit paranoid in finding some glue marks on the fig or something.

Best way to revenge someone who repeatedly is rough with your toys is the next time he does it, pretend you have to make a call and you don't have your cell phone on you, you need to borrow their cell (obviously this must be done when your not in your office). As soon as he hands it to you drop it as hard as you can on the floor (you can even fake you were a clutz and dropped it). When he gets mad just say, well now you know how it feels to have something valuable to you broken....

Then again I once threw a laptop out an ex g/f's window in a college dorm window splitting it in half against a tree, when she was mad at me and threw my clothes, watch, ring, wallet, out the window prior to that, so I'm not the best to ask.

The super glue does work, I did it as well this weekend, you'd never know.

My sister once got a little intense with a toy, and I couldn't bring myself to spit in her mom's face, so I just asked her to take it easy. When I think about it I should have head butted her.

i was curious when i got mine, i gave it a little try and felt the tension and figured since it was chrome plated, i dindnt want to risk cracking the chrome. thinking about it i imagined that it had to be plated when it was complete, meaning the joints wouldnt necessarily be able to move anymore. i cant imagine them being put together after being plated, (unless of course which may be the case here the limbs were glued on after plating, not inserted as usual) i have a "chrome" skullman and a gold one too, i dont think id really ever try to move their limbs either.
