think they had to climb a lot - yes. also its @ some crazy crowded corners of berlin.

oh, for the others i just assumed there was a fire escape ladder somewhere on the building. if not thats crazy that they scaled up those buildings.

It's a wall shark...
I like watching graffiti on trains while I am waiting for trains to pass...the thing that impresses me most about wall graffiti is that some is truly phenomenal and some is placed in spots where you think wtf? "how did that get there?". Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of public practicing here in my city of 25-floor skyscrapers...

It's risky and in a good spot where it gets seen, I'd say thats impressive. I'm sure the signifigance of the actual art varies from artist to artist just like it does in all genres. Can't really say these throw ups are that impressive on their own though. Without the context of being in a hard spot to hit I wouldn't like them.

Spoiled in SF to have some of the best....Twist and Reminice were my favorites. I saw some of their stuff almost everyday on my way to school.

I saw some of their stuff almost everyday on my way to school. wow - sounds awesome. ...cant compete with ur neighborhood!!! living in a area with a lot of graffiti/streetart for a little while and started getting into it shortly, now that way to work is much more interesting. finding something new can totally make my day. love the horses too...  saw mcgee paintings for the first time last week @ a group exhibition together with ed templeton. very very nice.    its been damn crowded.
