When I first saw RedYoda's custom Zeton, it was love at first sight!

Those vibrant colors and those piercing eyes stuck in my mind's memory for a long time, and kept haunting me. That custom is really beautiful. I finally summoned up some courage and asked him if he would kindly make a custom for me. He said yes!

Just last week, my very own RedYoda custom arrived! Camera repaired and some decent sunlight, here are some pics of my Cat-Eyed Zeton!







Just love the blue spray against the gold, and that green-edged mantle is heaven!


Blue-purple polka-dotted tie, white kerchief, and gold coat button, he really is a spiffy creature!


Radiant blue hands, and just look at those teensy gold finger nails! What a super detail!


The back-eye is also a painted cat's eye!


A perfect profile, looks like he's contemplating taking over the world! (ok, how about the nearest donut store? )


Even when he has his back turned toward you, he STILL knows what you're up to!


And... those piercing eyes, complete with red-edged corneas!

HaHa great pics...and I'm so happy you like him Mr H! I really loved painting the M1 suit guys! Such classic figures...and abundantly available in flesh vinyl!
...btw the cat eyes were to be a homage to your kittehs's green eyes, but to me they maybe look more like lizard eyes oh well, I always struggle on detailing the eyes, I can never seem to be happy with making just dots for eyes.

Nope it's Zeton...and is often confused with Kemur because M1-go used their Kemur seijin head and stuck it on the same body used for Semi Ningen, Zeton, & Keronia....al released in 1991. There is more explanation at my blog.

Zeton was in an Ultraman episode whereas Kemur is from Ultra Q (though he does makes a brief appearance in another Ultraman ep) but Kemur does not ever wear a business suit.

There is so much talent on the boards! RedYoda's custom is amazing! I've played with Zeton everyday since he's arrived and just LOVE him. When I'm not around, Zeton has a tendency to pester the kitteh...

The green hair really sets it off, judging by the hand shot the blue paint is fairly metallic?

Yes, his hands are quite metalllic. You can see this better in RedYoda's Zeton-the first pic I nipped from his Flickr. My pics were taken on a cloudy day, so it didn't shine as much in the photo, but believe me, they do shine
