This also kind of gives you a little insight into the Japanese custom of instilling 'doing your best' and 'working together as a group' into their children at a young age.

If you watch the Making of link at the end of the video it seems a little less cruel. The kids are always playing a violent video game pitting them against zombies and they give the kids plenty of warning about whats coming up. Still would never do it to my kids.... ... the wife wouldn't let me
