Or just get some of that spay foam insulation stuff. Find a 1/2 dome and spray it into that, do it twice and sculpt away!

Re: PopSoda does Ugly Balls shorts! hmm - good question. I seem to remember that you could get some thin rubber at hobby shops, however it's been a while since I've been in any of 'em to see if they still sell it or not.
As for the web store - i think they sell internationally - drop them an email! Most of the stuff i've seen on their site disappears quickly and I've never been able to get an order in fast enough.

They've been doing shirts with this pattern for a while, I love the print but I've been trying to resist buying anymore t-shirts with silly designs, these would be perfect for the beach though. Nothing sexier than a pasty white toy nerd on the beach wearing ugly ball board shorts...
