 Re: revenge is sweet I'd like to try and reason with him but like I said I never see him and when I do it was when he was screaming at himself. I left a note under his door a few hours ago asking him to turn off the alarm. I've tried ringing his doorbell and knocking on his door, but he refuses to answer. I know because I can hear him walking around.
It's hard to tell if he's just plain ignorant or he's doing it on purpose. My mean side wants to believe it's on purpose and throw him down some steps, but my nice side calms me down.
Seriously imagine a alarm clock going off in the morning to get you up. Now imagine it not stopping for 3 hrs because there is a thin wall preventing you from turning it off. Would drive anyone insane.

I left a message again today on their voicemail, saying I won't renew my lease unless they do something. Unfortunately we just resigned for another year which starts in July.

Re: revenge is sweet yeah, have you tried talking peaceful-like to the guy? he might not realize that he's annoying you. most times, ppl aren't looking for trouble.
And I wouldn't dump any bodily fluids near or on his things. If he decides to return the favor, he wouldn't have any problems getting anything of the sort--being a nurse and all. Found a shit-bag in my co-worker's car some time ago. appartently his enemy (and he has several, I'm sure) had their connections.
EDIT: just read your post. whew! he's moving out, huh? nice.
