 Re: Kuksi
Bringing this thread back, because I just saw this guys work for the first time about a week ago- I was going to post a new topic, but I figured I'd do a search to see if it had been done already.... I'm really surprised that no one commented... His Sculpture/mixed media is amazing!
Check the link out. Trust me.

 Re: Kuksi
Holy fucking shit. Those sculptures are just mindblowing; I'd love to see one in person just to savor the detail. Thanks for the link.

 Re: Kuksi
Paintings are pretty spectacular. Very realistic. I also really like the 3D stuff. But are they really sculpted by the artist? They look more like assembled pieces.

Kris Kuksi is great, he has a show going on currently in Toronto that i wish i could make the time to go see. this video explains a bit about his process. it seems his work is a blend of original sculpting and kitbashing/assemblage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sj66JyivYY

 Re: Kuksi
I had no idea they were that large! Thanx for the link evilrabbitry! Really cool to see them next to the artist, in-studio, for some scale.
