Hmm, by the looks of that aerial pic, its possible to get a GB figure in the small lbs no? Least that's what it looks like to me.

Also looks like not many have hand paints either :?

David, I find it completely ironic that you and your kids won the HP Chewbacca when they haven't seen any of the six (6) Star Wars movies. I think you're excuse was something along the lines that "i'm sorry, but i'm not really into Star Wars..."

This alone should force you to return the above mentioned HP Chewbacca immediately to Super 7 for re-distribution. I would have called you out last night, but fearing for the safety of your children, I decided against it.

I hope that you take this as a sign to purchase at the very, very least Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back. No child should have to grow up without watching them. This is to ensure that the next time they win an incredibly rare hand painted toy, they will at leaset know who the character is.

Oh my. This could have definitely been a very embarrassing situation Kirk! But fortunately I had already begun to take care of the void. Right after my fellow toy nerds called me out on this sacrilege a few weeks ago at S7, I went ahead and got Star Wars for the kids. Empire Strikes Back is on deck next. So Chewbacca already had a special place in Leo's and Rex's heart before our lucky bag. And so much more so now!! But I could sure use a few pointers on how to explain the hairy ass thing. Right now I'm going with "must have been from a bonus scene we missed on the DVD."

:)

hahaha. outstanding David. i'm impressed.... you have redeemed yourself!

I believe I gave you a hard time several weeks ago when your son Rex asked me "who is C-3PO...?" after seeing Hellopike's custom Visighost. I think Flynn something about child abuse when learning your kids haven't seen any of the movies.

awesome to hear that your sons have better taste in Sci-Fi than their old man.

No worries--Lee's Mummy Boy is going to a very good home! Leo (holding Chewbacca in the photo) is 10 and Rex is my other son--he's 7. We've been having a ton of fun at Super 7 for quite awhile now and last night was no exception. Huge thanks to Brian, Glenn, Alex, Josh, and the gang--what a great party! Happy anniversary!! And thank you ALL for making the kids feel so welcome too.

Much to the boys' and my delight, our Chewbacca has a full-on painted, fleshy butt.... Apparently modeled after Leecifer's own, it's a clever subtlety that only the master himself would have included. Beautiful work as always Lee!!

All joking aside... they really didn't know who Chewbacca and Boba Fett were?? If thats true give me this guys address and I will give those kids a copy of the original Star Wars trilogy!

EDIT-

Whew, I just read a few more messages down- looks like things are going to be ok...
