I'm pretty sure he "staged" falling on Eminem. I do highly doubt that Eminem's reaction was staged...he is not good enough an actor to pull that off!!

My argument is Eminem had like FOREVER to move. Who the hell would sit there seeing a guy come down at them? Even if it wasn't a known prankster he should have moved, ESPECIALLY because it was Sacha, though, he would have moved FOR SURE if he wasn't in on it!

The CLOSEST to it being "legit" I'd give it credit for is if they said "Hey Eminem, he's gonna come down and fall on you and sit in your lap" then instead of sitting in his lap he dropped his balls in his face, SURPRISE! But there's no way Eminem waited that long for looming balls. He had to know.

As funny as it was, I think it was staged. Eminems record sucks and Sacha Baron Cohen is a shock comedian so I think in order to drum up business for both the stunt ensued.

His body guards took WAY to long to get him off his head. I mean a body guard is hired to keep watch, and these guys just sat there until he said get him off me. They knew it was gonna happen but I think they didnt know he was gonna get the balls which thew them off.

I dont think eminem knows what going to happen because it too humiliating. but i m sure sasha was staged to fall above eminem as you can see him before the fall, he kjnd of giving sign to stop above eminem. that will be the most embarrassing time for eminem. that his karma after humiliating fred durst.

It was staged. They wouldn't have mic'ed Eminem in the audience if they weren't staging their own controversy on that bland ass show.

ha, I don't believe it. I was watching this yesterday and I just get feeling that they said it was "staged" so that Eminem saves face a little.

why the hell would he agree to having some dude stick his beef and bean taco right up on his chin in front of all his peers, right after he made a comeback after 5yrs?

"hey I got this great idea! I'll come down on a harness and rest my balls right on your chin and everyone will laugh their asses off. Then you storm out without a final word. doesn't that sound great?"

No matter what, people are always sceptical, and I'm sure it's only gotten worse since the proliferation of information available to the new generation.

I think Eminem has a fantastic sense of humour, I think it is totally within his humility to go for something like this.
He dishes it out harder and better than most, and the nakedness of his lyrics show that there is very little you can do to him that he can't do to himself and worse, so yeah, some guy dropping his nuts on Eminem's chin? For a few laughs? Yeah, I can see it.
No doubt he insisted on the cleanliness of said testes, but nonetheless.

But aren't you answering the question yourself? Because he's got a new album out and any media attention is good attention? Beyond him wanting the attention he makes a good target after he flipped out years ago with the dog puppet where the public expects OMG more outrage.

All that aside I did not watch the awards. I did see the clip online and it's somewhat surprising anyone thought it was real. Camera is zooming in on him even before Sasha's descent is certain where he's landing and when he walks away you can hear Eminem cursing and talking because he's mic'ed too. No chance it was an ambient mic or anything at a show like that.
